About The Placement and Training

DEPARTMENT OF TRAINING AND PLACEMENT

Training and Placement Cell of PEC sincerely believes in comprehensively training the students to face the corporate world and have a successful professional career. The training programs encompass a three stage process to train the students to make them ready for the industry and develop the students to face the corporate world.Special emphasis is made to train the students to meet the requirements of the information technology. This facilitates the students to learn technologies of the information technology industry in a scientific manner.

Almost, all the eligible students have been placed in reputed companies with some of them having more than one offer.The Mission of our Training and Placement Cell is to train the students on industry needs and provide best of opportunities available in India and abroad for its students.The Goal of Training and Placement Cell is to provide career guidance and placement opportunities to 100% students studying in PEC

VISION

To impart necessary training to our students to meet the expectations of the Industry and to achieve 100% placement by providing them adequate job opportunities.

MISSION

1.To provide sufficient training on aptitude tests, group discussions, presentations, communication skills, soft skills, facing HR and Technical interviews, to enhance the employability of the students.

2.To make the students aware about the corporate culture and career opportunities by organizing guest lectures, workshops, seminars and industrial trainings by experienced personnel from the Industry.

3.To partner with renowned organizations from the Industry and organize recruitment drives for our students within and outside the campus.
